We recently purchased Purchased Orders for Adagio 2.1 and entered a couple of PO's and received them. The quantities show up in Adagio Inventory 8.1A "Qty On PO" and after it's received in Purchase Orders for Adagio, it shows up in Adagio Inventory as "Qty On Hand". We ran a Day End in Purchase Orders for Adagio even though we are not using the direct batch to Payables option. We also ran Day End in Adagio Inventory and every other module as usual. The problem is that in Adagio Inventory/Inquiries/Transaction History, the Receipt does not appear in the tranaction list. It shows only receipts that were received through Adagio Inventory but DOES NOT show receipts that were received through Purchase Orders for Adagio. How do we get this to integrate?

Stief Group is going to be the expert on this.

Purchase Orders for Adagio does update Transaction History in Adagio Inventory.

After doing the Dayend in Purchase Orders for Adagio, print the Audit List for the new receipt. When you start Adagio Inventory, you will see this message, ‘There are historical item transactions to retrieve. Do you wish to retrieve these transactions? Yes/No’. Select Yes.

I did a quick test and after following these steps, when I view the Transaction History for the item received, I do see the Receipt.

To add to Softrak Tech Support's comments, not only print the Audit List, but clear it as well.

Hi Susan,

Steve and Tech Support have it right. You need to print and clear the day end audit trail and then you will be prompted with the "update history" message the next time you open IC.
