When I print the batch status report one batch is reported in error. No such batch exists. I clear the batches after printing the report(only posted and completed)
Now I cannot close the current year until I clear the batch status report which I cannot clear. Tried renaming glprpr.xxx and also glpjreg.xxx but this did not help.
Suggestions?

Hi David,

Did this data set recently get converted to Adagio Ledger 90A? And was this batch posted prior to conversion?

This is something we know about, and you need to get the April 30th Hot Fix for Adagio Ledger 90A. Once that is installed, you will see DIC fix the status of that batch and allow you to clear the report and close the year.

Hi
I seem to be having the same problem with clearing batches. I have 40 batches showing in error in the current year batch status report, but no batches in the current year, and I can't close the year because the batch status still shows these batches. And yes I converted to version 9 recently. I'm an end user not a partner or dealer - how can I get this fix?
