My Aged Trial Balance does not printout the last customer on my customer list. The customer has a credit balance dated May 2009. The customer does show up on the Customer transactions list. I just finished closing my year end to Jan 31 2010 and started did a Feb batch in A/R. Is this to do with the calculate customer aging buckets option? Any suggestions?

It would help to know which version of AR you are using.

Something that might be a problem include;

Using 'Calculate as of' date prior to the date of this credit note. This is a cut off date.

Using some range selection that cuts off this customer or transaction.

What you can try is to use the 'Aged as of' optioon as this includes all outstanding transactions and making sure all of the range selection filters are set from <blank> to ZZZZZZ (fill all possible characters as z's).

I am using A/R 9.0A. I'll try that.

Then I suggest you should contact your Adago consultant and ask him (her) to have a look at it. There is nothing else I can suggest without looking at the data myself.

The problem was fixed by downloading a AR9 Service Pack and AR9 Hotfix.
We received help from Leigh at Softrak and our problem is fixed and we are happy! Very prompt and efficient service. We are a satisfied customer.
