Hi All,

We have a situation where one of our customers has an employee in one of our buildings. We bought the building and machines from our customer a few years ago, and one of the agreements was that this one person gets an office. In exchange for this, she occasionally helps out our plant manager.

We do not want to allow her access to Adagio, but it would really help if she could enter physical assemblies and adjustments.

Is there anyway to import these from an excel sheet? I'm thinking she enters all the adjustments and assemblies into an excel sheet, and then all the plant manager has to do is import them.

Thanks,

Hi, Cam,

While adjustments can be imported, assemblies cannot.

Why not create a security group in IC just for her. The group would have access to the Transactions menu to Enter Adjustments and Assemble Master Items only.

Then, create a userID for her and assign that group to the userID. You might also choose to turn off the column editor, gridview, print SF and export SF functions within this userID.
