To upload the data, the extension needs to be changed to .ADB. Is there a faster way to do this rather than going to each file and renaming it?

Sometimes DOS works much better than Windows.

Go to the command prompt, change directory(s) to the folder in question, then (if this were sample data you might) ren *.SAM *.ADB and Enter. Don't rename any import files (eg. CSV or XLSX files).

Zip up the data and put the resulting zip in a separate folder. Then upload it.
