I need URGENT help with a financial reporter formula issue. I have attached the .Dat file so you can see the problem.

In the expanded sheet, on line 51, the amount returned in cell e51 is zero. Can you advise what is wrong with the formula in B51 to cause this? When I run the corresponding income statement, it returns the correct number so it is not a data issue. Also, the GL codes in the formula are complete and accurate.

Attaching a .dat file without the full dataset is not very useful (and I don't see that you attached a file, although I may be wrong). Why don't you post the actual formulas in B51 and E51 - even better would be if you posted the formulas with the sheet collapsed (whatever row that turns out to be).

As an aside, column B is usually reserved for account numbers or ranges, so it would be unusual to have a formula in there.

Hello Andrew. I am Carol Wojick's client in Calgary and she was helping me yesterday, Your colleague had to fix my data for a currency issue yesterday, Carol is on a much deserved break and I reached out to Softrak because I did not want bother her today. I do not need help often, but my current circumstances have needed much support in recent months.

I tried to upload the .dat and a .jpg file of the spec doc I am having issue with. It wouldn't let me.

Now what? Could I email?

Line # 2 from above should not be returning zero

I included the preceding line just in case it has something to do with it.

We need to see the FORMULA for the $0 in column E, not just the result. And if it refers to any other cell, we would need the contents of that cell.
