As of yesterday afternoon I am unable to get an item valuation report in Inventory for any date other than today or yesterday. I'm getting one of two messages each time I attempt to run the report. The first message is "Floating point overflow" the second is "NAN' is not a floating point value". It doesn't appear to make any difference whether I attempt to print to paper, preview or ePrint. Data Integrity Check was completed with no errors. Any ideas?

What version of Inventory are you using - include not only the version number but the date in parentheses? The most current version is 9.2A (160425).

Install the latest service pack (you can download it from Softrak's website) and let us know if that fixes the issue.

The service pack installation is a no-brainer and won't take too long, but it does require everyone to exit Adagio.

Update - We haven't had time to install the latest service packs but just for fun I tried running inventory reports for April 30th and May 31st and they worked. It appears that the Item Valuation report works for any date after April 23rd but not for April 23rd or earlier.
